Learner Spotlight: Bethni’s Journey into the Fitness Industry

Over the past 14 months, Bethni has shown a consistently high standard of work and a strong commitment to her development. It has been a pleasure to support her throughout her journey, and her progress has been excellent from start to finish.

We’re delighted to share that Bethni has recently secured a role at Carden Park Leisure Club as a Leisure Assistant and Fitness Instructor — a fantastic achievement and a clear reflection of her hard work and dedication.

Bethni is now close to completing her Level 3 Personal Training qualification, and she has already begun applying her knowledge and skills within a real working environment. This next step is a significant milestone in her career, and it’s clear she has a bright future ahead in the fitness industry.

Reflecting on her journey, Bethni shared:

"The qualification provided me with a strong foundation of knowledge and practical skills in health and fitness, while building my confidence in a gym environment. It supported my progression into employment, allowed me to apply learning in a real workplace setting, and opened a clear pathway towards becoming a qualified Personal Trainer. The course has also helped me develop the skills needed to safely support and motivate others in their fitness journeys."
